I was very happy with my stay at Michalis Studios. My room was quite big and spotless clean. There was a mini fridge and a Nespresso machine in my room. Michalis, the owner of the property, is a very kind and caring person. He makes sure his guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay at Michalis studios.

Excellent friendly host picked us up at port on arrival and dropped back off on departure. Central location for port and restaurants and bars. Accomodation although basic was cleaned regularly and towel and sheets changed. Lady owner brought homemade cake and fruit on a regular basis.Ample hot water on demand all toiletries supplied by host

The location ist great, Marina's rooms are located at the end of the port/ village, everything for your daily need is close by (Taxi, Bus, Police Station, Pharmacy, Supermarket, Restaurants, Bakeries). We were picked up at the port by car (not necessary as it is less then 5 minute walk by feet from the port to Marina's rooms). We got some cake during our stay. Toiletpaper and towels were provided. Room was cleaned during our stay. Marina gave us here phone number, so we can reach out if we need help. The room had a wardrobe, air conditioning, fan, fridge and balcony with chairs and the possibility to hang up laundry.

The apartments are a couple of minutes walk from the ferry so super handy. Each one has its own outside space. It's five minutes walk from the nearest beach. The apartment was kept spotlessly clean and was well equipped with plenty of inside space including a seating area and full size fridge/freezer. Our apartment (Thalia) had a partial sea view from the outdoor terrace.

The studio was extremely clean and functional, with a nice balcony. Not particularly big, but ok for 3 people. What made the difference was Michalis, a great person that sincerely cares for his guests and does whatever he can to ensure they have a very good stay. This apartment on Lipsi was the authentic Greek experience. The hosts were wonderfully generous and friendly people who kept the apartment spotlessly clean. Lipsi was largely without tourists or any selling pressures. It is a beautiful, relaxed island and this apartment, with its exceptional balcony, allowed us to fully enjoy it.
Great location overlooking the port. Everything is within walking distance. Our apartment was very clean with everything we needed and Michalis was a great host, very welcoming. Would definitely come back again, Lipsi is a beautiful peaceful island.
Very clean studio, provided all the amenities one practically needs for a comfortable stay or home-office. Katerina, my host, was very hospitable and friendly.
Really good welcome from the young cousin (I think,) she was lovely. Studios Anna are in a great location in the village, shops, tavernas and port close by. Lovely apartment too
