I liked very much the communication provided by the owner. He was able to recommend local restaurants that suited all price ranges. Panos was also keen to provide details that would assist is in any travel plans we had such as visiting Bulgaria. This is a beautiful part of the world and we highly recommend the guided boat tour at the lake. The accommodation has its own private roof area which was wonderful to sit out on in the morning and watch the nesting storks and beautiful mountain scenery. The flat is on the third floor on the building; there is a quiet local bar on the ground floor which we found great to have a quiet drink and a place play board games. The bar closes at 10pm. We had 3 people in the flat and it was snug with the additional person. However, it was only a place for us to sleep and it was wonderful to expose our adult son to my nocturnal snoring! The accommodation represents excellent value for money and the local knowledge imparted by the owner was very useful.

It was very clean and comfortable, the host was friendly. The room was very spacious.
The town is not a touristy place, but rather a quiet countryside town with some tavernas in the center, which were very animated on a Saturday evening.

The apartment is spacious and cozy and there was everything that one family might need. The location is good and it is very close to Kerkini lake. There are also good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The owner Panos is really kind and responded really quick to our messages. He gave us advices about the best restaurants and boat services. Thank you, Panos! We'll come back again!
Beautiful property.Guesthouse and ranch with horses. They offer a variety of activities. My wife and daughter enjoyed a tour on horseback. Very nice people. Comfy room that was spotlessly clean as usual in Greece. AC and good wifi. We enjoyed our short stay

By the time you reached the accommodation, it felt immediately like home—a clean and cosy apartment with all the amenities you'll need. They also provided us with a travel cot for our 6-month-old, complete with its duvet, sheets, and pillow.
They even provide bikes if you want to explore the beautiful surrounding area, which we did and really enjoyed.
We got an extremely nice apartment and the hosts gave us a good list of really nice sites to visit. They even helped us organise a boat trip on the Kerkini Lake for watching birds (a must do when in the Kerkini region)
Had a fantastic stay at this modern apartment! The contemporary furniture and well-thought-out design created a welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful, even offering space in their freezer for our items since the apartment lacked one. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kudos to the host for an exceptional experience.
