Vfm. You definitely get what you pay for. Easygoing and chill vibes. A classic "room to let" to spend some days while being in this part of the Island. Everything's was fine and as expected. No luxury here but didn't expect that in this price range Which was definitely VFM. Great thing that there was parking space for my motorcycle in proximity to the room. If you're outgoing and social you'll make some new friends here.

The staff were very friendly and offered us a more comfortable room on a higher floor, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, with large glass doors spanning the entire wall and leading to the balcony, making the space bright and airy. The view from the balcony was lovely, overlooking the surrounding area, and the room was filled with plenty of natural light throughout the day.
The beds were quite comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very efficiently, keeping the room cool. The kitchen area had a stovetop and a refrigerator, both of which worked as expected. The entire room was exceptionally clean, and the linens and towels were immaculate. Daily cleaning and room refreshment were offered to guests, which was a nice touch!

Amazing studio, super clean, comfortable, with all amenities required for a short or longer stay, centrally located in the village of Kattavia, yet very quiet. Prasonisi beach is 10min by car. Perfect for a kitesurfing holiday.

We lived in apartment 6, a brand new and modern room with a mini-kitchen fully equipped for a quick breakfast or snack. We rarely cook when on holiday but there was everything necessary to prepare meals.
Excellent position in small village with cozy restaurants, supermarket and only 8 km from the kitesurfing spot of Cape Prasonisi.
Our hosts, Despina and Stamatis are extremely helpful and ready to give suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Absolutely recommended especially if you do kitesurfing.
Very good location, only 5min drive to Prasonisi beach. Breakfast was great - lots of different fresh food. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable - firm. Wifi was working ok, not the fastest though. Staff was very nice and helpful.
There is a big common terrace with shadow to hang out with friends or other guests. There is access to water for rinsing your surf/kite gear. Free parking in front of the building.
In the town there are some restaurants, I recomend going to Eftihia - right next to the apartments.
The apartment came with everything you could need to make it feel like home. The location was just a short 7 minute drive to prasonisi kite beach, and there were some great restaurant steps from the home. I would totally stay here again!
The location was perfect, very quiet and only 1 minute walk from restaurants and grocery shops. The host kept us informed with directions and other useful information that was helpful during our stay.
Our apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials such as fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, espresso machine and many more.
The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, exactly what we needed for our holidays
