The apartment in the Asfodelos house in Kakovatos village is an extremely good choice for a holiday. This is a beautiful, quiet place to relax. The hosts are very friendly, nice and helpful. They care a lot about the well-being of their guests. Good, well-thought-out equipment for the bedroom, kitchen and balcony makes the stay very comfortable. The apartment is perfectly clean. Towels are changed every two days and bed linen every four days. Substantial, tasty breakfast (with e.g. eggs, cheese, milk, cookies, fruit, sweets etc.) is served to the apartment. The beautiful sea and the quiet, not crowded beach with comfortable equipment are only a ‘few steps’ away. Besides, there are many possibilities for walking - a different path every day.

Just a 6-minute walk to the beach, Kakovatos Studios are located in the centre of Kakovatos Village with easy access to local shops, restaurants and cafes. Free WiFi is provided in the common areas and free public parking is possible nearby.

The rooms are located in the center of the village, 6mins walk from the sea. As the sea front can get windy, this location is ideal. The village is a traditional quiet place, with vineyards in front of our room, as a natural frontier with the adjacent property. We had the feeling of living in the countryside. Everything! Nelly is really kind, and her parents are the sweetest people ever. Nelly answered all the questions I had about my last-minute booking, and that was helpful. Their house is beautiful and the place was really clean, organized, fully furnished, spacious, quiet, and Nelly's parents even gave us oranges (they only speak Greek but we managed to understand each other). The region is safe and close to the beach (by car). Totally worth the price!
