Excellent location overlooking the bay, probably the best place to stay in Patmos, with gorgeous beaches and seaside restaurants in close proximity. I am able to work remote and travelling quite a lot for many years. So far, this is the best owner i have ever seen in my entire life. He helped us a lot, much more than what he supposed to do. He drop us to the restaurant, collected my friends clothes from beach we have forgotten, helped out almost every service we need. I would say he is a very kind person, more than being a great owner. Flat is also amazing with a nice view, perfectly clean with a nice location and great garden/terrace. Highly suggest you to stay in his apartment without any doubt.

We absolutely loved how clean it was, the proximity to Grikos beach just in front and Petra beach about 15 mins away. The property was very clean and very spacious with a kitchen area which proved to be very helpful. The balcony/terrace proved to be lovely as well. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating which was perfect and made us feel welcome. They gave us lots of useful information and made us offers of breakfast as well as giving us advice on local attractions. The property is located a 1-2 minute walk from the local bus stop that goes to Hora and Skala. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would hope to come back to the property.
