Quiet place with panoramic view over the Bay of Grikos. Bus stop a few steps away, bus terminal 10 min away. The bus runs all over the Island, up to Kambos. Sandy beach (with too much seagrass however) with beds and umbrellas (30 Eur/set) as well as 3 tavernas 10 min away. Nice hiking trail from Grikos to sandy Psili Ammos Beach. Very helpful owner. She drove us from the ferry port to the studio and back to the port. Early check in and late check out (at 10pm!) All for free.

This is a family-run property. Thomas welcomed us with an espresso in the lovely shared garden with large shady trees and flowers. The large rooms have all the amenities, making it a great base to stay in for a week. We should have stayed longer. It is very close to the beach and there are several excellent restaurants to choose from. The location is a short drive to the famous Patmos monasteries and other places. The rooms are clean, the garden is awesome and the Grikos area is a well-kept secret.
