The location is superb - in the center of Neo Klima, right next to the harbor. Within walking distance from the two beaches (Hovolo and Paraiso), tavernas, bakery, supermarkets.
The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
The host is amazing. Dimitris is wonderful person, always available. He helped us a lot with everything we need to have the best holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was only for two nights before we flew home but we were happy with our choice for the price. The location was a little out from the main town but we were fine to wander into town & get a taxi back (10€) it is up the most steep winding road, we walked up once & vowed never again ha ha!! The location however was so peaceful & relaxing we loved it. Pool & area clean with a snack/drink bar which we used. The breakfast was tasty plentiful & homemade. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. all lovely. The host was always around should we have needed anything and was so friendly & helpful. Our room was top floor with a generous balcony overlooking the airport, sea & mountains. The noise from occasional planes stopped by bedtime & never bothered us. Our room was clean, modern, lovely bathroom with toiletries, hot water & great water pressure. Soft towels & comfortable mattress. Kettle & fridge were a bonus. Quiet & efficient air con. Plenty of clothes storage & decent size room with lovely view even from sitting in bed! Little tv which if needed did have a couple of English channels/film channels. The quality of the room, lovely breakfast & pool with views made up for being slightly out of town. If I went back I would consider renting a car/scooter to get to & from town but taxis were readily available & between 4 of us really not expensive at all. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

This is a fantastic location, far from crowded and noisy areas, but close to the beach and other nearby interesting places. Our suite was very spacious. It has a large kitchen equipped with everything you might need, where you could have breakfast or lunch. It also has a large garden with trees from which you can grab and eat fruit at your will. It was a great place to stay with my family, from which we could easily visit the best beaches in Skopelos. We also enjoyed the evenings, listening to the night birds singing in the nearby forest.
A recently renovated property, Casetta di Hovolo is situated in Neo Klima near Hovolo Beach, Elios Beach and Megalo Pefko Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free WiFi.

This apartment is a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our vacation there and wanted to stay for a longer time. Location is just perfect, not far from Glossa port, in a small village, 5min walk to the spacious, clean and cosy beach with very few sunbeds and umbrellas, few trees offering some shadow, and crystal water. The village is surrounded by rich forests creating a fantastic view. In 5-10 min walking distance, there are a few restaurants and bars, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy.
The most impressive thing about this apartment is the mountain view, when you wake up in the morning and see green mountains from your windows. I'll definitely miss this view.
There is a well equipped kitchen where we cooked basic dishes. One amazing terrace and one spacious balcony.

I had a great stay at Mira Mare, the apartment was so close to the beaches, including the beautiful Hovolo, the tavernas in the village and a had a great view of the marina! The hosts were very kind and helpful especially George who went above and beyond helping organise my journey back to Skopelos port. I would definitely stay here again !

We really enjoy our vacation at Lalaros apartment, Nikos and his family welcomed us courteously. The apartment has been recently restructured and furnished wit taste and love, the view from the veranda is priceless. The Lalaros apartment is a good starting point for visiting the most beautiful beaches on the island. We hope to return one day
Eleni is one of sweetest hosts we have met on our trip. She helped us arrange a scooter and provided a tub for us to do our laundry. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. Mattress and pillows were comfortable and the views are gorgeous. The room had AC and a well equipped kitchen.
We really liked the cat who hangs around the property. Every time we arrived he greeted us like we had been caring for him for years. It felt like coming home.
Overall, everything was great and we would definitely come back.
The best location on Skopelos island with fantastic panoramic views from Glossa that cannot be matched by any port town on Skopelos or Skiathos. Close to the best restaurant on the island, Agnanti. John, the native English speaker owner, is very friendly and helpful: from picking up at the port (and bringing back for departure) to connecting with all the right people for boat rentals, taxi tours etc. I've heard from the locals that the best time to visit the island is in September - will try it next year!
The property is split into two one bedroom apartments - each with its own facilities. For us this was perfect as we had friends staying as well and it meant they could be in one of the apartments. The location was amazing and peaceful - fantastic views and mins away from cafes and shops without the noise. The hosts were fantastic and always on hand when needed.
Avgoustina's home consists of two spacious apartments. Very clean with a fresh smell. The view is stunning and the spaces are nicely decorated. Recommend.
Only take into consideration that the village Glossa have many steps and uphills.
Great and clean apartment, very well located next to the beautiful village of "Glossa". It's a five-ten minutes walking till the central points. Plus, it's very easy to find the apartment, as
the owner -who was very helpful and kind- gave us specific directions. Totally recommend it!
Our first visit to this wonderful apartment and everything was first class. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was beautifully presented and thoughtfully furnished. The Greek owners are a delight and it was an honour to stay there. The balcony is the icing on the cake - spacious with uninterrupted views over the town down to the coast. Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here. We are looking forward to a return visit already!
The property has an amazing view of the sea. The apartment is very nicely decorated, there’s everything you may need for daily life (kitchen, bathroom, separate bedroom and living room). The closest, very quiet beach is very close to the apartment. The owners are a very sympathetic and helpful Greek couple. Right from the start we received Greek wine from them as a welcoming gift. I can only highly recommend Notos Sea Front Apartment. We’ll surely come back :)
Fabulous view, very convenient to the port, lovely quiet area. Great little apartment just what we needed for a 3 night stay. Water and wine were in the fridge on our arrival and a lovely coffee machine to use with coffee pods provided, also had a washing machine which is great when you are travelling light around the Greek Islands.
