Excellent. Comfortable bed, clean room, excellently equipped. The WIFI was uninterrupted and super fast. Parking was right outside the room. Large and spacious bathroom.

Location was great and easy parking although we had to squeeze pass a line of bins with only an inch of space to get in and out.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Breakfast was not included, as property was self catering. However, the accommodation was very spacious and beautifully furnished and decorated, to a very high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable - making it difficult to get up in the morning! We had our own patio and garden, which was most appreciated. We liked the large walk in shower, especially as there were grab rails to steady ourselves. Overall we had a great holiday in a lovely holiday home.
Very good quality apartment on the ground floor. It comprises a spacious lounge with a good sofa, plasma screen TV, and a small fridge for drinks and snacks. Adjoining the lounge is the bedroom area which has a comfortable double bed and tea and coffee making facilities, with an ensuite shower room behind it.
Wifi is available throughout the apartment as it has a strong signal. I didn't meet the owner, but we spoke on the 'phone twice and she was very helpful.
The caravan had everything we needed for our short stay.
Easy to get on site. Keys in a lockbox. Clean and tidy on arrival. Parking in front of caravan.
Short walk to the restaurant, clubhouse and shop. Beach access was a minutes walk away.
Mini Golf was good fun. Restaurant was good value for money. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Strange not to have a TV in the caravan but it worked well. We played games and chatted the whole weekend.
Overall it was good value for money and would definitely stay again

It's a lovely apartment, slightly bigger than it looks in the photos. Well-equipped and presented, it had everything we needed.
Very clean & relaxing space with vey helpful hosts who always responded promptly & helpfully to any queries. Good location near to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants (a couple of food seafood shacks and very good standard of food at the White Heart). Bumped into the hosts father a couple of times who was extremely friendly and provided good advice re where to visit .. highly recommend driving to East Mersea Flats where the beaches and walking are arguably nicer than those in West Mersea.
Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Everything we needed was there and more. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and comfy living area with balcony!
We were close to The Coast Inn which was a lovely spot and also had a meal at The Company Shed which specialised in seafood.
