Me and my other half loved how quiete and peacful it is i have 3 kids so it was nice to get away from my hectic life and have a peacful afternoon and night and be able to spend quality time in a beautiful room and location the views are beautiful i loved the hot tub was lovely and hot would love to come back in the summer season it was beautiful 😀

Wonderful apartment terrific location there is absolutely nothing we could fault it on. The host Kirsty was more than helpful and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone. The view from the balcony is superb and the gentle lapping of the waves soothing. Step out of the apartment and turn right on the promenade and the town, marina and all the restaurants, pubs and shops are a short 5 minute walk. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything one could want. The welcome package was a real surprise and much appreciated. The TV and tech was great including the remote black out blinds!! We both thank you for an excellent break. P.S. we were meant to be going home after one day and night but extended to another day and night as we were that impressed!!!

Bestever experience with this accommodation and the host. Host is very helpful, flexible and accommodating. Property has excellent beach view with no issues with parking (Just Park across the road). The keys were conveniently left in a lockbox for self-check-in, and we meet the friendly hosts, busy preparing to feed the ponies. A nice surprise was getting our picture taken with the ponies— a lovely bonus. Thank you Zac!
The location was beautiful and peaceful, with a charming rural feel but still just a short drive from Sandwich. The property was very comfortable, offering all modern comforts and more, including a TV in the bedroom and an air fryer in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and cosy, and there was some milk, coffee, and tea. We also appreciated the great Wi-Fi and TV. The host kindly informed us we could check in earlier if we wanted, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommended— we would absolutely stay again!

I lived in Deal for 24 years prior to moving back to Scotland. We chose this property because it’s exactly where you need to be. Right next to the shops, buses, seafront and just a few minutes walk to the trains. It’s also quiet enough that your not disturbed by the Deal nightlife. The accommodation was stunning and has everything you need. The decor was fascinating and very interesting. And there’s books! I love books. The property is excellent value for money and the hosts are above and beyond helpful. We are already planning our next visit ♥️

The apartment is beautifully furnished, very stylish with quirky accessories. Beds super comfortable.
We had everything we needed for our stay including tea, coffee, milk and a selection of jams.
As we'd visited by train we ordered food from a local Indian who delivers. The Chutney Masala. The food was great.
We would definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful time in Sandwich and the Coach Studio was just right for us cosy, clean and quiet.
