We have been booking this type of accomodation for many years. Derek is the best host we have ever met. He was very helpful and prepared all the information regarding property and exploring Cornwall. He clearly explained using of all facilities so we could stay and rest without any problems. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and drinks / snacks prepared for us. The bed was comfortable, towels ready to use. We enjoyed fast wifi, smart tv, a lot of brochures regarding Cornwall. We definitely recommend the place and will come back in future

Bright and sunny and spacious. Good views of sunrise in the morning. Really nice touch to have milk coffee and teabags not to mention delicious biscuits to welcome us.

The house really was immaculate! Brand new build in a great location right in the centre of Hayle, a short drive from St Ives. Even our 3 teenagers were impressed! The house had everything we needed for our short stay and was a great base for exploring Cornwall.

The place was cozy and convenient. The cottage had everything we needed and amenities close by. St Erth Station is a short walk if you do not drive. The cottage was very clean and very well presented. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Staff were amazing and when we forgot some luggage they dropped it at the station for us.

The apartment was impeccably furnished and I had everything I needed to both work from 'home' as well as use it as a base for business travel. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners.... The apartment location is also perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. St.Ives, Carbis Bay, Penzance and Land's End all within easy reach. I would also recommend a wee visit to the West Cornwall Golf Club just along the way...very welcoming & the home made pizzas are fabulous! I wouldn't hesitate to record this property! Oh & they laid on the best weather too.....that is quite the skill....and I'll be asking their secret!!!🤣🌞🏖🤣
