The key safe meant we could be flexible with arrival time, we received the code by email and accessed the property without any problems.
We were able to park our car on the driveway, off the road.
The bungalow was well equipped with everything we needed for self-catering. The coffee machine with some pods was a nice surprise.
The rooms felt quite spacious.
The free WiFi worked well and we were able to sign in without any fuss.
The location was great, a quiet street very close to the beach, with several supermarkets nearby.
I liked the binoculars left for visitors to use, if only I'd remembered to take them when I walked to the beach!

Very impressed, this was a great place to stay, everything exactly as described. The hosts have thought of everything guests need from kitchen utensils and herbs/spices to extra cushions and blankets.
We really liked the decor also, and the hosts have made such great use of the space available. Our son loved the hanging chair and our little dog loved the outdoor space (we could close the gate and let him roam).
We will be returning again :)

Excellent location. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped caravan with essentials such as hand soaps, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, milk, condiments, good selection of DVD's, books and games.

This charming accomodation is in a good location very close to a beautiful beach, a great fish and chip shop and a few really good pubs. It was great to be able to walk and watch the sunrise each morning. There is plenty of parking space available (a drive way as well as road parking) and the bungalow has a really comfortable living room/ sofa. The kitchen was well stocked with all one would need for self catering (pots, pans etc).
Fantastic apartment, well equipped and located less than five minutes from the beach. Handy local shop across the way and a number of great pubs doing food.
A short drive from Southwold, Gunton and Gorleston which have fantastic long beaches.
Host was extremely communicative and approachable.

Well located, in a very quiet neighbourhood very close to the beach and local pubs and convenient to visit interesting places in the surroundings.
Fantastic!! Prosecco on arrival. Dressing gowns provided x nice touch x I loved the apartment itself as it was decorated to my taste lovely comfy bed!! It had everything you could possibly want.
Turn left outside your front door, and you are on the sea front!! And 3 lovely pubs within 5 min walk all dog friendly x
Beautifully appointed flat. very comfortable with personal touches making it special. Kitchen was very well thought out. Will definitely be looking to stay again when we next visit family.
A lovely self catering chalet and nice and warm place to stay in February. The facilities also good with the leisure centre and lovely bar/restaurant with friendly staff.
