Kate was lovely,, tea coffee ,milk extra & a nice touch was the sour dough loaf. location was central to local towns, close to pubs,towns etc. plenty to visit in the area.

Very clean, private, safe, quiet and plenty of space both inside the unit and outside. Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker and ground coffee provided. Lots of goodies also. Hot water always available in the bathroom with shower. Bought groceries at Runcton Farm Shop nearby. Would happily return in future.

Pod is like a Wendy House for grown-ups! Absolutely delightful, really well thought out for max use of space. Believe the web pics they're spot on accurate. Very well equipped and not used cheap tat. The lake is glorious, lots of birds tushing about, lovely trees, can glimpse A27 but it's a fair distance away and the lights reflect on the lake nicely..welcome folder very informative.

We stayed 2 nights for the festival of speed and it was superb. Quiet and only a few miles to event and Chichester. The lodge has everything you may need and is so bright and comfortable.
