Absolutely loved our weekend break at the Annexe. The host Hayley has thought of everything and the accommodation inside and out if beautiful. 10/10 from us and we have booked to go back in June. Scenic and peaceful location. Close walking distance to the centre of Middleham. Loved the castle!

Vicky was so welcoming and accommodating. She was so responsive. We loved waking up to the beautiful views of the horses, the sheep and of course Basil and his little friends. The facilities were perfect, fully equipped spotless kitchen. Perfect for a couple's getaway from the big smoke. We would love to come back!

The property was spotlessly clean, super comfortable and catered for our every need. The location was ideal: on a quiet side road with enough parking space for two vehicles, but within very short walking distance of the centre of Leyburn. Communication with the owner was excellent from the point of booking through to check-out, and the generous welcome pack was greatly appreciated by us all! Beautiful apartment, spacious and clean , well equipped kitchen , garden , comfy living room an bedroom. Wonderful location, couple of nice pubs and easy access to some of Yorkshires finest, Bolton castle , aysgarth falls and Hawes village to name a few.
