The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans, culinder, bottle opener etc.
The apartment block was nice and quiet and we didn’t have to share the outdoor communal space with anyone.
The tv / Netflix worked well.
There were books / dvds / games / buckets and spades to borrow.
It was literally a 4 minute walk to the town, coming in at the Co-op side and a 5 star chippy.
There was ample space to park on the ride.

Perfect peaceful hideaway spot for the night up in the trees, sauna, hot tub and cabin was surprisingly spacious with a very very comfy bed. Shower was decent too and full flushing toilet.
There is a camping stove in the cabin to boil water or cook something very simple in a saucepan which is perfectly fine for a night or two.
The sauna was still a bit warm from the previous guests so didn't take long for it to fire up. Hot tub got nice and toasty too and we had used one many times before so knew the trick to get it heating the water.
There is an info folder in the cabin with useful information and the directions given by the owners were perfectly clear and easy to find.
Although the weather wasn't the best that night, we enjoyed our chill out stay very much, we both lead very stressful jobs and a night here felt like a weeks holiday and will be returning again for sure.

A beautiful apartment with a perfect backdrop overlooking the sea and the rolling hills. We couldn't ask for better hosts, we were made to feel very welcome and felt at home very quickly.
We found there was lots to do in the area, from a drive on beach in black rock sands, wild swimming in llyn geirionydd, several castles in the area, historic slate mines, adrenaline rush at zipline on the famous forest coaster, and importantly lots and lots of beautiful beaches
This has been one of our best stays to date! We highly recommended wales, criccieth and this apartment. The host Abi was fantastic from start to finish. What a gem!

The location is beautiful. Tucked away in the hills, no one would know it's there. There are sheep wandering around. It was nice to feel connected to nature. Also, nearby Barmouth is beautiful.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Just loved the apartment was so spacious, clean and well equipped. Such a convenient location and close to some great walking trails. Also not far from the famous Portmerion.
Loved the apartment, really spacious and comfortable. Lots of great amenities in the apartment, perfect for us as a family, and the village of Llanbedr is lovely. Were able to drop off bags a little before check in time which was really helpful. Had a fabulous week.
It is a great little three-bedroom cottage with good facilities for self catering. Nice little yard too.

It is close to Harlech. I used it as a base for playing golf at fine links courses.
