The apartment was located in a gated community so we felt very safe and both the exterior and the interior corridors were clean and tidy. The apartment itself was fantastic with lovely design touches. Added to which we both had an amazing nights sleep ready for work the next day. We would recommend this apartment to anyone

We liked how the place was and cleanliness that it had. Serena managed to place all the mandatory stuffs for us and we really enjoyed our stay.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. The breakfast buffet was excellent value for money with plenty of food options.
The room was spacious, clean with all the facilities for self catering if you preferred.
All the staff were very helpful, patient and professional.
It was very convenient Avis/Budget car rental which we used to travel to destinations around London and getting a bus, taxi or shuttle to all the airport terminals at Heathrow was simple and inexpensive.
We booked 2 x studio apartments, they were amazing. Large, clean, modern.
Just what we needed for our last stop before the long haul home to regroup,reorganise our luggage

good value for money, quiet, clean and tidy. beds were really comfortable and the shower was nice, it felt like little apartments abroad! We didn’t use the pool but looked clean and when we came back from our night out it had been covered which was good to see. blinds and lockable doors, great size, I was expecting a room as it is a B&B but it’s actually self contained flats which added a bit of luxury to our stay
London was the first stop for our honeymoon and the hotel was nice enough to have a nice decor with champagne and a bouquet set up in our room upon arrival. spacious studio apartment and the bed was super comfortable.
