We only stayed 1 night on route to Heathrow and had several issues! When i originally booked i made sure to book ground floor apartment with garden as we had elderly relative with us. We were put in top floor so she really struggled with stairs! The key wouldn't work in door and took us ages to get in.
The apartment is far too hot and stuffy, you couldn't breath in the bedroom as you cannot open windows, this was terrible for my sons breathing as he has asthma!!
The parking was an issue, we left to go get food then couldn't get parked when we arrived back!!! When we booked it said parking space provided, should be more clear that there isn't enough spaces for all apartments!!
Worst of all you have to pay £200 deposit which I have never known before but I done it and 3 days after we left we recieved an email to say there was a cracked tile and they were keeping deposit!!! When I have emailed them back they are not responding!! I will never book with them again and will be pursuing to get our £200 deposit returned!!!
I have stayed in several apartments through airbnb etc. Which have all been amazing!!

I loved the location and the off-road parking in a quiet neighbourhood that was very easy to find. The property is a large house with an annex where the accommodation is located. The entrance is well lit with security lights making entry very easy in the night-time. The entrance porch is where the tea and coffee making facilities are located. The hostess supplied a couple of plates and cutlery and 2 litres of bottled water. The main room is a bedroom with a large, warm, comfortable bed with a wall-mounted TV, a decent sized fridge, a bedroom chair, large chest of drawers and adequately sized wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers. There were plenty of electric sockets for charging electronic devices, which is important for me. The room was comfortably warm on the cold autumn night I stayed there. The bathroom was excellently fitted out with ample space and a large shower cubicle. The property is well maintained, very clean and everything works. The fittings are of a very high standard.

Very good location, close to M4, very quiet area. There is a gas station with M&S 5 minutes walk.
The ensuite room was good, with a flat TV screen. The bed was comfortable, good shower and compact bathroom.
Large shared area with big kitchen, seating area and tables and chairs. I don't think I saw an access to a fridge to store food but could be wrong.
The room had a mini Fridge and microwave ..
The security system to access the property and keys of the room is good too.

The breakfast buffet was excellent value for money with plenty of food options.
The room was spacious, clean with all the facilities for self catering if you preferred.
All the staff were very helpful, patient and professional.
It was very convenient Avis/Budget car rental which we used to travel to destinations around London and getting a bus, taxi or shuttle to all the airport terminals at Heathrow was simple and inexpensive.
We booked 2 x studio apartments, they were amazing. Large, clean, modern.
Just what we needed for our last stop before the long haul home to regroup,reorganise our luggage
Then a quick quiet meal and ale downstairs..

good value for money, quiet, clean and tidy. beds were really comfortable and the shower was nice, it felt like little apartments abroad! We didn’t use the pool but looked clean and when we came back from our night out it had been covered which was good to see. blinds and lockable doors, great size, I was expecting a room as it is a B&B but it’s actually self contained flats which added a bit of luxury to our stay
London was the first stop for our honeymoon and the hotel was nice enough to have a nice decor with champagne and a bouquet set up in our room upon arrival. spacious studio apartment and the bed was super comfortable.
