After spending four weeks travelling the UK, staying in self contained accommodation and having to use laundromats for washing our clothes, imagine our surprise when our host,Fran, after a cordial welcome asked us if we had any washing she could do for us! And it only got better from there. Fran and Rob were excellent hosts and we left feeling like we spent our time with old friends. The accommodation was perfect with every little detail taken care of.

Beautiful direct sea views. 2 comfortable bedrooms. Warm, all mod cons. We loved it! Short walk into town with pubs, restaurants and a convenience store. Walk into Sovereign Harbour along the beach, or Pevensey Village and Castle over the fields. Everything you could need and spotlessly clean. We will be back. Don’t hesitate to book. There is stairs leading up to the apartment, parking on site and a lovely terrace to catch the sunset out back. Sunrise from the living room needs to be seen. Loved everything about our break. Thank you!

The house itself was beautiful it felt like a home from home. the garden was fantastic especially when the sun was out and the dog absolutely loved it. The beach was even closer then I had thought a simple 2/3 minute walk away which just made the whole stay even better, Sam was so so friendly we were greeted by a lovely welcoming smile and having them close by was so reassuring incase you needed them. I have already booked again for this year. we really can’t thank you enough.
