The Barrels was welcoming, warm, exceptionally clean and cosy. The perfect base to escape, recharge and explore the local area. It had all the amenities we needed and super comfy beds ensured a great nights sleep. The lovely garden area was a bonus and it was great to sit outside and enjoy the autumn sun. We are definately planning to return soon.

Location-amazing view from the balcony. Lots to do and see in the surrounding countryside. Apartment was cosy and comfortable with everything provided for your stay. Delicious homemade cakes provided on arrival.
The property was beautiful, set in stunning countryside. It had everything we needed out of a self catering apartment and had lovely little extras such as a vase of flowers and two yummy cakes on arrival.
Everything was just perfect. Caron gave a warm welcome and showed us the apartment, which was modern, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Set on a working farm with lovely views from the private roof terrace.
Easy to find location & easy to get in with free parking just outside! Cottage was the perfect size for a short stay. Linda’s communication was excellent and we greatly appreciated gesture of leaving some milk in the fridge so we could make a cup of tea as soon as we got in! If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely come back 😊
Caron was an amazing host and very attentive. The apartment is stunning and beautiful furnished. Had all the facilities you need to cook,but they also recommended places to eat and visit. I would definitely stay here again.
