Great apartment, spacious, light, well equipped, comfortable. Fairly quiet location. Space for car. Excellent directions, all necessary info was provided in advance but Andy met me when I arrived and showed me round the apartment, even offered fresh milk for drinks.

Lovely clean & smart looking ground floor flat. Didn't really notice any noise from the upstairs flat.
Car parking space outside front door & key lock box was easy to find.

Tile Hill train station is 5 mins away by car, free parking. Birmingham International is 11 mins by train. It's great if you are attending NEC or going into the centre of Birmingham.
The location was quite and comfortable to go to Warwick Un by Uber, but outside of the compound, it's pretty poor, and a lot of drug addicts and drunkies sit in the children's playground so we oftern had to avoid it in late afternoon. The layout of the apartment should be really good, but since it's not taken care of, it's really not in a good condition - shelves, tables, lamps falling here and there. TV has Netflix, there is an iron, Nespresso machine, big fridge and a nice terrace
Self catering flat - so well able to prepare my own food - ideal locatoin as train station a 5 minute drive (free parking) and a £4 train ticket to the NEC (took 15 mins, trains every 30 mins or so)
The apartment was very spacious, clean and felt newly decorated. The host was very accommodating and the local area was very quite. Tesco is less than a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious flat, once you've found it and decided it is probably the right one, though I wasn't sure that someone else wasn't living there, and there was no-one there to tell me.
