Very clean. The hosts have made very good use of the space. There is a full kitchen with appliances, plus TV, 2 seat sofa, table and 2 chairs, a large bed for 2 people plus a fold up single bed which the hosts put up at our request. Lots of extras provided like towels, water, tea and coffee and toiletries. They’ve thought of everything! It was great for our overnight stay. The host we met was friendly and helpful.

Fun location! The flat was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Able to make breakfast each day and a couple of dinners. Internet was great for my husband who had to work some.

Great location to everything! There was alot of traffic noise but that is to be expected on a busy street. I contacted the owner for more towels & they we delivered that day. I would definitely stay again.

The location meant we could walk everywhere. The kitchen was compact and had everything we needed. Everything worked. The shower head lovely hot water and good pressure. Perfect for a week end break. We enjoyed looking at all the paintings on the walls. The wooden floors were practical and the carpets in sitting room and bedroom made to the apartment quiet and comfortable.

Exceptional property, beautifully decorated with a lot of thought put into it. It was so homely and welcoming. Kathryn was a fantastic host, very professional and friendly. Location absolutely brilliant, parking directly behind in Ram Meadow a few minutes walk away. £9 parking for a whole week! A few minute walk, directly in the town centre of beautiful Bury St Edmunds. Thoroughly recommend this property!
