Lovely wee room....noisy at night with traffic but I am over sensitive to noise. Comfy bed. Great chairs and kitchen area. Staff left a party to sort TV....but wifi non existent. Staff amazing at Royal Oak x

The decor beautiful and so clean, the space in house was great, seats in garden nice, the views amazing and location all absolutely stunning, shops and restaurants all close enough, there was absolutely everything you needed for a self catering cottage very comfy. The area was so quiet and tranquil, I will stay again here. I loved it overall.

The location was perfect for visiting all the lovely coastal towns and beaches. The apartment was big, on the ground floor, perfect for us. The washing machine- big bonus. Easy street parking in front of the house. There is a Coop within easy walking distance, too.
New owners are doing a grand job of renovating it into a very well done property with bar, restaurant, and 9 letting rooms. Breakfast included and exceptional hospitality tray. Still some work to do but overall excellent
The location was ideal for us. Breakfast was great, more than enough to keep us going all day. The meals in the evening was was lovely. All in all a great stay and have re booked for another short stay in December.
Breakfast was lovely beautifully presented and tasty, we also had an evening meal there on our first night which was great.
There shower room was very modern and like everything else spotlessly clean. The hosts were terrific and I would recommend this B&B for a short stay.
The accommodation was great,really spacious and better than the pictures. The welcome pack was very kind and added a personal touch. The flat had everything we needed and more and the views were spectacular.
