Location was perfect as it was very central
We were going to the concert hall which was right across the road and we like a Witherspoon’s which was just around the corner. The River Tay ran parallel to flat also so really nice to take a walk at night
We got parked also at the back entrance to the flat
The flat was perfect & modern
Bed in back bedroom was really comfortable
Host had left us information on what was around, 10% voucher off at restaurant across the road, fridge had bottled water, butter, sachets of milk, there were plenty tea coffee salt cooking oil & tea towels etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom had plenty bath & hand towels etc for us to use, toilet rolls, shower gels etc.
I would definitely recommend staying here & would return if visiting Perth again
