Location is just a short walk to the harbour and shops. The excellent Stubborn Duckling restaurant is a few steps away which we highly recommend. The flat was immaculately clean as was the bedding and the towels. It was decorated and furnished to a very high order and fitted out with new domestic appliances for those who want to prepare their own meals (we didn't). From the lounge windows you can look down on the High Street which is ideal for the people watchers amongst us. There is a brilliant Fish & Chip Shop across the road and a Costcutter Mini Supermarket with a Post Office inside less than 5 minutes away plus several pubs and cafe's, brilliant local bakeries, gift and craft shops. Note! If you want to an evening meal at the Harbourmaster Pub/Restaurant on the quayside I suggest you book at the beginning of your week, it is very popular. I quite fancy another few days there during the winter, just to sit and read and watch the world go by.
