It has all the modern amenities a family would need for a short stay. Most everything was working in perfect order and we had more than what we needed. The owner was also very responsive to our needs. They made sure we were comfortable, too. The area is quiet and safe --ideal for families with small children--and it's only a few minutes walk to the carrefour and cafes. I wouldn't mind going back.
