The apartment is in a lovely old building with a gravel courtyard. The Wi-Fi is exceptionally good and the small kitchen had everything we needed to eat our picnic. It is a charming little studio flat in a convenient location not far from Avon station. Although we did not meet the hosts they were friendly and helpful with messages and they care about their property and their guests.

Lovely renovated apartment on a quiet street about 10 minutes drive to Fontainebleau. Sebastien was an excellent host and was always available if required. Parking was available on the street, but could be problematic at times.
