The apartment was very clean and cosy with all necessary amenities. Everything appeared to be brand new. Cédric, the friendly owner, gave us information on local activities and even provided a bottle of Champagne. The kitchen had all it needed and was well stocked. We loved the location in the center of Ay in the center of Champagne country with two bakeries and some eateries right there. We highly recommend this comfortable place.

Aurélien, the owner, was very accommodating of my arrival and departure into Aÿ. This made my journey much more manageable and comfortable. Great tips were provided ahead of my visit and additional information was also provided in the room. The apartment was very clean, and well equipped with toiletries, and appliances. Though I brought my own, champagne and beer are available for purchase in the refrigerator at reasonable prices. The apartment is located near to the town centre of Aÿ and next to a great baker (best baguettes in France apparently?!). It is within stone throw's distance of many domaines. It is easy to get to Aÿ train station by foot (600m walk) and you can take either the bus or train to Épernay if you want to visit the big houses. When I return to the region, I will come back to Les Bulles d'Aÿ
