The property was modern, clean, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were decorated with a champagne theme which looked lovely. The bathroom facilities were great and the jacuzzi bath tub was exactly what we needed after a long journey!
The owner was very helpful and responsive during our stay, and left clear instructions for everything both in the property and sent via a message in advance.

Aurelien was a fantastic host. Great communication and supplied information and suggestions of the local area. He went above and beyond to assist with a medical issue and arranged for a nurse to come to the apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet little corner of Ay. Really tastefully furnished with good quality finish throughout. Well equipped. Had a wonderful stay , would definitely stay again if in the area.
Aurelien is a good host, the apartment is well appointed and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary cooking and tea/coffee prep unlike most apartments I have stayed at. Milk, OJ, butter, condiments, beers, Champagnes too. Wifi is very strong and fast. Superb boulangerie is around the corner as well as La Frigousse, a wine bar that has an eclectic array of special champagnes.
Clean, small and well equipped studio apartment on side street central Ay. Well equipped kitchen. Sunny room. Easy on street parking with permit supplied. All perfect for 1 night Champagne visit. Quiet town with lots of grower Champagne and big houses too. Hautvillers worth a visit also.

The flat is located in the center of the nice town and many bakeries, patisserie, charcuterie, and other shops are just in front of or next to the exit.
