The hosts/owners are very helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a historical building that is remodeled and has great beds, nice bathroom, super kitchen (which we didn't use to be honest because the restaurants easily within walking are great and there's a nice boulangerie about 100 yards down the street), comfy couch. Parking isn't right at the apartment, but it is close (I estimate about 300 yards) and pretty inexpensive. We loved our stay.

Direct in the town center. But very quiet as the house is behind the houses on the main road. Bicycles can be parked safe and dry. There is a small privat patio, nice in the summer. Everything is new in the apartment and you find also convenient equipment for washing a few clothes. Kitchen is ok for coocking though we did not.

We had stayed at mostly bnbs using other services for our trip. Every complaint we had was already thought about and remedied by Hadrian, the owner. There was a lockbox at the entrance to the parking/courtyard. Though as soon as we were there, someone was there to greet us and open the door anyway. They're stocked with toilet paper, soap, beds, baby beds, they've got kids' toys and games, and so on. It's clear that every time a client has asked for something in the past, Hadrian as made sure to keep the solution in place for future guests. Hadrian's family, who lives downstairs, is all super friendly as well.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Everything we needed for a two week stay. Location is superb, hosts excellent, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is large, comfortable and also has a well equipped kitchen. Absolutely everything we needed. Would highly recommend and we’ll return. Auxerre is a fabulous destination. The apartment is a short walk from the station but in the historic and beautiful old part of Auxerre.

The apartment was wonderful. Right in the middle of the historic town of Auxerre but very quiet. Excellent, extremely clean facilities of a very high standard. An easy walk from the train station of about 20 minutes although also easy to get lost. Certainly one of the best Apts we have stayed in and highly recommended. Also having a detailed folder of info about Auxerre was most useful. The tourist information centre was nearby and also the Nonoprix supermarket. Thank-you.
