The location was ideal - quiet and scenic, with a decentky sized, indoor pool with opening panels if hot weather, plenty of parking, bar / restaurant on site. The village Aspin is pretty. You could take a ramble into Lourdes along a nearby path in 50 minutes, play boules, eat at a picnic table and sleep peacefully. The beautiful little town of Argeles- Gazost was a short drive away. It was an ideal base for touring where you could self cater. The staff at the restaurant "Au coeur d'Aspin" were very obliging, managing to cater for an evening family reunion of 18 "avec plaisir" at short notice. You can pick up pizzas at the bar.

The apartment was very nice, safe, with a beautiful view on the mountains. The location was also great: with easy access to the centre of town, to Pic du Jer and further to the Pyrénées; and with a big foodmarket, supermarkets and busstops nearby.

Location, comfort and cleanliness were good and host was very helpful when handing over keys. We particuarly enjoyed the little balcony
