The location was perfect for my needs. 5 min walk to the bus, the main grocery store, market place etc. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked and organized and very clean. Internet fast and reliable. I also enjoyed the little balcony with the chairs and table, perfect for morning coffee.

Our stay at the apartment in Loviisa was nothing short of exceptional. Situated at the heart of the city, its location couldn't have been more perfect, offering easy access to all the attractions Loviisa has to offer. From the convenience of Wi-Fi and a dishwasher to the luxurious indulgence of a bathtub, every need was thoughtfully catered to. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the hospitality of our host, Tuula. Not only was she incredibly accommodating, but her wealth of knowledge about Loviisa ensured that we were able to make the most of our time there. No Internet, no answer to E-mail. No breakfast. The bed is on rough wooden pallets sticking out all sides, huge trip/injury hazard. Bed sideways in front of TV. I laid against the wooden board on the wall to watch TV and then found someone' snot ball on my hair. Toilet is so small that the door can not be closed. Water in shower does not hold temperature. We also wondered about fire safety in this place. Could not even provide regular towels, but some super rough towels from the 70's used in sauna. Flea market furniture! Disgusting, nasty place that should not be allowed to stay open.
