Excellent apartment, super clean and bright. Very well-equipped kitchen, free parking nearby, walking distance to the beach in Sardina, and great host, very attentive and fast to reply to our inquiries. If you're by car, there are 3 big supermarkets 5-10 min. The swimming pool was a big plus after beach time!

Location - incredibly quiet, close enough to everything (5 mins to supermarket, 10 to spar which was much better, 15 to beach all along the wide pedestrian bouvelard) friendly quiet respectful neighbours. We hired bikes and only one flight of wide steps up to apartment. Puerto Morgan is wonderful - relaxed, pretty and quiet.
Facilities - clean and quiet pool, lovely veranda facing the mountains not into someone else’s balcony (unless you have very good eyes), clean and modern apartment, well equipped. I normally take various extras when self catering but didn’t need anything and travelled light instead.
Communication- met Isabella on arrival and leaving, and Marta is always quick to reply. Big hugs :-)

The host was very helpful and welcoming. He responded right away to questions. He brought fresh towels and provided useful information about the area. We enjoyed being able to hike right from the apartment. We especially appreciated that the host provided all the necessities like soap, toilet paper, sponge, toiletries, etc. That made the stay relaxing.
Everything was great. Location is awesome, communication with the owner - in any situation - was above great, the apartment itself was clean and well equipped.

The apartment was spotless at the arrival and had all the necessities. The owner was friendly and we had no problems checking in or out. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is really big. Perfectly fits a large family or friend group.
Amazing private rooftop with jacuzzi. Accesd isn’t direct from the apartment, but still very easy. Apartment was spacious, new and clean. Good shower. Very central location. Full equipped kitchen. And, not least, three different coffeemakers.

The position of the loft is amazing, in the town of La Aldea very close to wonderful beaches and all kinds of services. The host, Sebastian, came to the airport upon our arrival to give us the key of the apartment and some advice on things to do and places to visit. We stayed in touch throughout our stay in Gran Canaria and asked him for further advice and he was always very kind and helpful.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building with about 6 flats. The building is located directly at a local but fairly busy road. The specious tarrase with a beautiful ocean view faces towards West (can be hot in summer). The bedroom windows are facing the back of the building with quite surrounding. The beach is 200-300m from the apartment. The surrounding is veary pleasant with small green park and a number of small local restaurants.
