Very nice place for few days or more! Close to the most incredible locations of this area as Granadella, Cala del Portitxol, Cala Moraig. Very clean and comfortable apartment, beautiful swimming pool, barbecue and dining area. Highly recommend to big family or company of friends, because the owner has a few apartments at the same location.

Lovely spacious duplex in a great peaceful area. The sea and an almost private beach opposite. Very well equipped and comfortable, we cooked most nights. The owner was super helpful, although I would change the deadlock on the key settings! There is a lovely pool area, but it was a bit cold in April to use. We would highly recommend this apartment , very homely and comfortable.

I like the whole vibe of the place. The way it was decorated, all the little extras in the kitchen, extra space if you needed it. The place had little doors leading to the living room from the bathroom, I had a huge choice of television to watch. Outside the door it has a lot of cards and Information about places to see etc. The hostess was friendly and extremely helpful. It was just like being at home. Everything was catered for. I would definitely stay here time after time when I visit this part of Spain. I felt safe and relaxed.

The location is great for us as we have elderly family living very close by also in Almendros so easy for them to visit. The gardens are beautiful, very well tended and views over the mountains lovely. The little terrace is lovely and would be nice in good weather. The letting agents on the estate are always very pleasant and helpful.
Nice quite cosy beautiful place. There was a big 2 floors apartment with 3 terraces (one of them on the top above the bedrooms floor). Huge swimming pool with waterfalls. Nice for relaxing and recharge. Denia is nice old town with the long history. You must visit beautiful Denia fortress and walk on the old streets around the fortress. Lovely wide beaches, tasty ice cream in Artisans Gelateria near the marina
We stay in this apt a couple of times a year to visit family who live nearby. it is very convenient for us, comfortable and spacious, well equipped, lovely shower room and with good aircon. the swimming pool is lovely with stunning waterfalls and the landscaping lovely. good kitchen which is great as we often cook for our elderly relatives. the apt has a roof terrace with magnificent views and a shady front terrace. the letting agent Fany is always welcoming and friendly.
