The facility is run by a very sympathetic family. We were personally welcomed and felt immediately welcome. The apartment is spacious and stylishly furnished. Henrique the host couldn't have been more helpful. We had a lovely welcome pack including a delicious cake. The place was warm, very clean and the communication before we arrived was excellent. He organised a taxi from the airport and gave us many recommendations while we were there. We could walk down the hill into Aviles or jump in a taxi for 5 euros if we wanted to.

Very well kept apartment. Everything clean and new very good condition and well equipped. Light and spacious. The beds are comfortable. We liked being in this quieter neighbourhood, really handy for exploring Asturias. Lots of really good places to eat around.
