Check in is in a different location but only short walk away so not an issue. We arrived early and used their space and change and store our bags. The staff were really friendly and gave us some recommendations including little street bar next to the apartment which was great. Plenty around to keep entertained prior to check in however the apartment was also available earlier than expected.
Apartment is in fab location super central to old town. Lots of nice bars and restaurants around.
No complaints about the property. Lovely clean apartment with a nice view from the little balcony (see photo). Would stay again and also recommend.

The apartments are perfect for a visit to Valencia. Ideally positioned. There are several buildings with apartments for rent in a small square. Everything is within a 10-15 minute walk. Key collection is at the reception. Everything works perfectly. On this occasion, I would like to thank Bianca for her kindness, who is incredibly kind and she is there for everyone if you need any help. For apartment owners, take care of Bianca, nowadays it is very difficult to find a reliable, kind worker. Everything looks like in the pictures so there is no need to add pictures. Everything is neat and clean. Finally, let it be known that this also works in practice when booking a taxi and a vehicle, so the service sent the vehicle at 03:30 instead of 06:30. Their on-call service 00-24 solved everything in 10 minutes. I really appreciate everything and I wish you the best of luck in further work. I hope to see you again soon.

The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking garage was very useful as we had driven to Valencia.
It was very close to the park which is lovely to walk in both directions. About 20 mins walk to the old town from the accommodation.

Such a brilliant hotel, in a perfect location in the city, only 30 minutes to the beach and the number 19 bus right outside the hotel goes straight into the city. Rooms were so beautiful and comfortable with everything you could need and the staff were so helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

everything was wonderful in this cozy apartment, the furniture, all the kitchen appliances necessary for cooking, all this was in this wonderful apartment. We were with a child and everything was convenient. I also liked the entrance part, which is also an area for relaxing in the fresh air, even though people pass by and see you. There are parking spaces on the street; we left the car for 3 nights and everything was safe. thank you for the comfortable stay.

Nice apartment on the main street in the town, easy to get to, public parking right next to it for 0.50 euro/night (8pm-9am). All windows overlook a large private terrace, so it's quiet. Cafes under the house. The apartment is clean and quite well-equipped, although not modern, which may not suit everyone (we liked it).

Very lovely and modern apartment with all of equipment. Bars ,restaurants and mercadona in minutes of walk altrough the location is quiet enough. Good access of valencia, Albufera national park and beaches slso.

Sylvia was an excellent host. Very helpful and attentive. The apartment was located in the very center of the town. Many bars and shops nearby. . Well kept and with private terrace , you can enjoy afternoon drink there. Secure 24h parking just round the cornerProximity to Albufera and Valencia.
Silvia was lovely, the terrace is cute and the apartment is well-located in the middle of the town. It’s certainly a good base for visiting beautiful Valencia.
The apartment was lovely and clean and the bed was super comfortable. There is a charming private terrace with tables and chairs and loungers. The bus stops across the street - and the train is 5-10 minute walk. 15 minutes to Valencia main train station. Several supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Hostess Silvia was absolutely lovely and gracious. She gave a wonderful and informative welcome- explained bus, train, local shopping and wonderful local sites to explore. She couldn’t have been more welcoming.
