This was a fantastic stay right on the cycle way down the Elbe River. The roomy apartment was perfect for the one night we stayed and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a nice meal. We had a dry garage to store our bicycles for the night. The big windows brought in natural light and we had a nice cross breeze after a 30-degree day. Our pregnant host was the cutest thing ever and her daughter even spoke English with us. They were a very personable family and made us feel comfortable in their home. It was a quiet neighborhood and great landscaping in all the yards. . Oh, and the best part? The SCREENS on the windows! No mosquitos, no spiders, no flies, no bees, and no beetles! We slept like babies! We loved our stay here and will visit again if ever we are back in the area.
