We had special requests before and during our stay as well, and they helped us to make the most out of our stay. Location was perfect as it was half way between the Munich and the mountains (Garmisch, Oberammergau). The host gave us the cards which allowed us to use many nearby attractions free of charge (including local transportation). The garden terrace was a definite asset. The apartment was well equipped (including washing machine) so it is ok even for longer stays. No problems whatsoever with communication with the hosts who were helpful and friendly but not imposing.

Great quiet location. We were very comfortable and warm for an overnight winter stay. Easy 15 minutes walk into town for a fantastic brewery drink and dinner. Lovely host met us at the time we agreed taking her time to assist our stay.
