I was visiting family so this location was perfect just 15 minutes away from them. The flat was clean and in good condition.
Really accomodating hosts dispite me being difficult with arrival and check out times.
Little sweeties on bed when i arrived made all the difference as i hadn’t eaten all day.
Tea coffee and even some cereal in kitchen if needed.
One evening i came home and they have dogs which i love but they checked it was ok with me before i entered the court yard which was lovely.

We stayed here with friends for 4 days and really enjoyed the apartment. Nice cosy living room, with terrace overlooking the really nice big playground with direct access from the garden.
Tip for groceries: there is a "Dorfladen" in Illerich open every day with fresh bakery stuff.

Amazing location with stunning views and garden. We had the superior apartment with all the facilities that we needed. We liked the terrace a lot to the apartment enjoying the evening sun. Bed is super comfortable and they also provided crib for our baby. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bridge as well. Communication was smooth with the owner. Free parking onsite. Definitely we will come back again as made our visit to Cochem even nicer.

The location is good. Few minutes from train station, the cafe and a nice walk to the Burg Eltz. Definitely wear hiking boots as the trail goes through mountains.
The windows in the apartment recently renovated so the construction foam still showing but apartment held heat very well. The kitchen was fitted with everything we needed. Lovely view out on the river and mountains.
Memory foam in the bed (for me this is a bad thing but for most people they appreciate it).
Beautiful apartment in an old kindergarten. Has been converted with high standards and has very good equipment. Great location with views of the Mosel river. Easy check in and questions answered quickly.
