An exciting and unique stay in an old tower gate. Little spooky, felt the kids, due to the graveyard being next to the house. The views were fantastic and we slept well. Nearby cafe served inexpensive and good breakfast. If you have large luggage and no car, this might be a challenge due to the climb of (one or two flights of) stairs. The lady running the place was absolutely amazing and made us feel at home from the beginning. Clear and timely communication in English.

Great appartement with a very modern renovation and great furniture. You have everything you need in the kitchen as well. We didn't finally use the sauna, but it looks also very good. Hosting was also very friendly. We found Große Prinzessin definitely the great place to stay for 4 people, who is willing to travel through some beautiful and historic places around. It's also like 30 min to Rothenburg and about 25 min (incl. walking) to the Franken-Therme Bad Windsheim.
