Very nice block of flats, very well kept. The room was very clean, no unexpected surprises. The room matches the description. The heating works fine, hot water comes instantly (important during winter). Really well equiped and good value for the money. The neighbourhood is quiet and the proximity to BG Klinikum as well as with the Tram is great. You can get to the city center in 5 minutes.
