The hosts were super friendly and responded quickly to questions via the Booking.com chat. They had cold drinks and milk in the fridge for us when we got there which was super nice. We enjoyed the cold beer on the porch in the sun after a long day of driving. Excellent :)

The place is a farm with a few cottages that are rented out. I liked that the host was living in the same grounds and that they were friendly. I liked the animals living at the farm (horses, ponies, pigs, chicken dog). Nature nearby seems nice but we had no time to explore. We liked the location near Kiel as we continued our trip on a ferry.
