Unfortunately 10 is the highest rate but this appartment deserves a 100! 😊 Everything is like in your own home, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped especially kitchen with all labels on it so you can easily find what you might need. Having parking space in front of building is excellent. Location is good, you have 10 minutes walk to city centre and lake shore. Hosts were very helpful and arranged everything for us to feel like we are at home. Many thanks!

Incredibly clean and a very thoughtful service. Had plenty of amenities for a flat such as tea/coffee pods, iron tables and pots and pans and glasses. Bedsheets were super clean and the duvets were pretty comfy. Super easy to check in/out and staff provided timely response for any question you had. I thought the welcome gift of Prosecco was a nice touch!

We only stayed for a night on our way to Italy. So I cannot make any comments about the location and if there are a lot of things to do in that area.
Apartment building operated without any reception staff in a commercial area not too far from Lugano. Check-in is fully automated by a machine. The room was nice and had a good size, with mostly practical interior and little decoration.
Good for an overnight stay during our trip to Italy or as an apartment during a business trip, but would not feel like a holiday place to me.
Self check-in 24/7 very easy and quick. The apartment was extremely clean and in order, with all basic furniture and equipment you need. It is also modern and beautiful. I didn't try the breakfast, but It was available at the Bistrot. I recommend It for business trips, but not only.
