The location for us was ideal. inside the apartment everything was clearly labelled and stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. the apartment felt fresh and clean. after a few weeks in Italy, we found the shower was amazing, we had been missing space and good water pressure. little touches like QR codes to informative websites about the area, recommended restaurants and things to do was great for us . I’d like to concur that the Grotto Grillo is delicious! probably the best meal we have had since arriving in Europe.

Location was central. Good for work as close to the meetings. If I was there for holiday, a little off the lake and the view was a sliver from a lower ground unit. Definitely can fit 2 couples or a couple and 2 children. Has a washing machine (which was a pleasant surprise). Fully supplied kitchen with all the gear to cook for yourself. Easy walk from train station. For 4 people, would be very good value for money.

Incredibly clean and a very thoughtful service. Had plenty of amenities for a flat such as tea/coffee pods, iron tables and pots and pans and glasses. Bedsheets were super clean and the duvets were pretty comfy. Super easy to check in/out and staff provided timely response for any question you had. I thought the welcome gift of Prosecco was a nice touch!

We only stayed for a night on our way to Italy. So I cannot make any comments about the location and if there are a lot of things to do in that area.
Apartment building operated without any reception staff in a commercial area not too far from Lugano. Check-in is fully automated by a machine. The room was nice and had a good size, with mostly practical interior and little decoration.
Good for an overnight stay during our trip to Italy or as an apartment during a business trip, but would not feel like a holiday place to me.
Self check-in 24/7 very easy and quick. The apartment was extremely clean and in order, with all basic furniture and equipment you need. It is also modern and beautiful. I didn't try the breakfast, but It was available at the Bistrot. I recommend It for business trips, but not only.
