Unfortunately 10 is the highest rate but this appartment deserves a 100! 😊 Everything is like in your own home, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped especially kitchen with all labels on it so you can easily find what you might need. Having parking space in front of building is excellent. Location is good, you have 10 minutes walk to city centre and lake shore. Hosts were very helpful and arranged everything for us to feel like we are at home. Many thanks!

The apartment is super nice and has all the needed facilities.
Location is an hour walk (mostly along a nice river) or a few minutes by car to the lake (Ciani park). There is also a bus station nearby.

The apartment was cute, clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a skip & a hop away from the bus stop leading straight into Lugano, ~24 minutes. There were plenty of extra thoughtful touches in the rooms and in the fridge. Plus, the level of hospitality and response we received from the host family was excellent. We would happily recommend and return to Il guscio!
The apartment wasn't as spacious as I imagined but otherwise fine and the breakfast arrangement was fine too. It is a bit far from lugano lakeside and in an industrial zone.
They helped a lot with restaurant bookings etc and we did enjoy our dtay
We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed.
Breakfast was very good and had several choices meeting dieting requirements.
Some reviews mentioned the road, but it didn't bother us. The noise was limited by the exelent windows, parking was on a quiet side lane next to the property and when we looked out of the window we saw a trunk of a palm tree and a garden.
This apartment had simply a very good price - quality comparisson.
If we are ever in the area again, we would surely stay here.
