We were the last guests of the season, and were offered free late checkout, spa and other services.
The two bedroom apartment we booked was exactly as in the pictures; super clean and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Breakfast was good, but simple and boring.
Room was spacious and overall comfortable to stay.
Specially good was presence of heater.
Overall it is better XP thay gaya apartments higher in the mountains =)
Room is superb! Breakfast is really nice. We also had dinner and I can recommend their spaghetti bolognese and four cheese pizza!
I love how the ski rental is just below the hotel and they have pool and sauna too.
All the staff is very approchable and they even let me borrow their own lighter as I need to light a candle for me and my friend's birthday cake! They even take time to give us cake for our birthday and design our bed with fake flower petals.

It was my second time there, so it says a lot about it. I love the hotel, the vibe, the views from different angles.
The hotel is very well located, right next to all the activities: ski station, rental shop, rollacoaster, horse riding, quad, ice rink, bowling, pool table, games...

The staff were wonderful and pleasant, there was no markets around so one of the receptionist was kind enough to call us a Taxi who took us around the city. Everyone was friendly and nice. We got a 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, it was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The view was to die for, very beautiful mountains everywhere. They provide free bus shuttle to get to the other hotels for the activities.
