This is the 3rd time i have rented the French Cottage. It would have to be one of the very best holiday rentals I have experienced. The other 3 guests were also delighted with the cottage. Our only regret was that the stay was so short - just two days. We hope to do better next time.
Great location, just on the edge of town but can still walk to the main street in about 20mins. Reception was easy and friendly check in gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. Hot tub in the apartment is a nice bonus. Definitely keen to stay again.
Spacious room with QUEEN SIZE BED and flat screen TV, blackout curtains. Lovely quiet location a short drive to the centre of Beechworth. It has grassed picnic areas with tables and chairs and a swimming pool and BBQ.
Good value for money , and the bed was comfy . Location wasn’t too bad it was about 18 min walk into the town , new looking playground over the road which is handy for a family .
Friendly service upon check in . We didn’t have the breakfast but nice that it’s included . They come in and make your beds etc during your stay .

The location suited us perfectly. Lake Sambell just across the road, only 170 m from the rail trail, and 700 m from Beechworth Bakery.
Inside the studio, plenty of cooking utensils, cups, plates and cutlery were provided.
Our children and grandchildren camped at the nearby campground, just 15 walk away, and came over often for meals, so the outdoor seating and gas BBQ were well used and much appreciated.
I really liked staying here. It gave us the old world charm and comfort I hoped for. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment (known as the flat) which provided more comfort and space then we had expected. The fully equipped kitchen was good and the wifi signal strong. Continental breakfast was an added bonus.
