The location was excellent and a very cute duplex / loft apartment on the 8th floor with balcony for 2. Everything we needed was there, including laundry in the basement. Because it's winter at the moment, the heated floor was a welcome comfort! Kitchenette, living area, WC downstairs, plus bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Not so far from the Microcenter of BA by bus 5 minutes away or simply on foot, 20 minutes. There are lots of shops and restaurants around, and a Jumbo supermarket nearby. We also chose this location for its proximity to Colonia Express Terminal, only 10 minutes walk away and the 33 city bus to AEP airport 30 minutes direct.. Communication with the staff was simple and friendly by WhatsApp, and in English. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, right by San Telmo market - we had dinner there every night! The rooms were spacious and nice, staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy. Felt safe, no-one can get in/ out without key card.

We arrived early and were able to leave our bags but the room was then ready much earlier than we had anticipated, which was great. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen was adequate to make a simple meal. Location in Recoleta was ideal for walking to Palermo and Recoleta.

Nice area, it’s spacious and safe. Relatively quiet as it faces into a garden area. Balcony is great to sit on and the laundry room is a godsend.
