The location was excellent and a very cute duplex / loft apartment on the 8th floor with balcony for 2. Everything we needed was there, including laundry in the basement. Because it's winter at the moment, the heated floor was a welcome comfort! Kitchenette, living area, WC downstairs, plus bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Not so far from the Microcenter of BA by bus 5 minutes away or simply on foot, 20 minutes. There are lots of shops and restaurants around, and a Jumbo supermarket nearby. We also chose this location for its proximity to Colonia Express Terminal, only 10 minutes walk away and the 33 city bus to AEP airport 30 minutes direct.. Communication with the staff was simple and friendly by WhatsApp, and in English. Highly recommend this place.

The rooms were spacious and nice, staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfy. Felt safe, no-one can get in/ out without key card.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful. There is ample space; the bed is comfortable; bathroom facilities are good -- hot shower, very luxurious towels and plenty of them for our stay. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail: e.g. there is room to hang all the towels in the bathroom; plenty of space to put away clothes; lots of hangers (! very rare for a tourist place such as this). Secure building. Location is fabulous for anyone wanting to stay in the microcentro; there is an excellent coffee shop Import Coffee on the corner; if the prices there seem a bit high for your budget, a little bit further on at the corner of Corrientes and Carlos Pelligrini there is a Club del Tostadas; and around the corner on Suipacha there is the wondrous Cafe Ideal, an art deco masterpiece. Excellent value for money.
