The room contained all the facilities needed for a convenient work stay: an iron, a great shower with readily available warm water and excellent pressure, a comfortable bed, a powerful AC that cooled down the apartment in less than a minute, a fully-stacked kitchen with all amenities needed for home-cooking, abundant lighting, a working desk, and a spacious wardrobe. The property is located a 1-minute walk away from a market and the neighbourhood is very peaceful and picturesque. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it is *extremely* good value for money, best I've ever had!
