This place is fantastic if you want something away from the noise of Old Quarter but still want to get to it. I highly recommend taking a Lake View apartment since the view is stellar. Also great is the facilities, Washing machine / Dryer on every floor, Netflix on the TVs, Most appliances you would need for a longer stay. VERY Highly recommend if looking for a quiet place in Hanoi.

We love its location — quiet, clean, just outside the chaos of Old Quarter but walkable! The room also went beyond our expectations. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. Our favorite would have to be the balcony, where we would stay in the early mornings and evenings. The host also went the extra mile to assist us and respond to our requests. She even willingly gave us a list of food stalls and coffeeshops (one is just right beside the gate, super good iced egg coffee). If we can go back to Hanoi again, this would be our first choice no doubt!

The room is well cleaned everyday with washed dishes. The staff are professional and friendly. Great breakfast. Definitely a great place to end our trip in Vietnam.

We hired a motorbike off them and went exploring. Lovely welcoming family. Great to escape the chaos of Hanoi. 100% recommend .

I felt secure in the well-maintained building, and the views added to the overall sense of tranquility.
