Very quiet in the night, as it's tucked away from the main street. A lot of cafes and eateries nearby. Washing machine was great, they sell detergent at the reception. The city view was pretty decent, you can see a small part of the lake (from the room on 7th floor). Good kitchen supplies, we were able to cook for a few days, mostly boiled stuff (non-stick pan was not there) and salads. No mold smell, good water pressure. Highly recommend!

One of the best rooms we have had in Vietnam. Super friendly service and nothing was too much trouble! They organised a drop off to the airport as well, at same price as you would pay for a taxi. We hired a motorbike off them and went exploring. Lovely welcoming family. Great to escape the chaos of Hanoi. 100% recommend .
